Vitalii Lashko

Vitalii Lashko is a Ukrainian baritone, Honored Artist of Ukraine, from Kharkiv.

He made his operatic debut as Eugene Onegin at the Kharkiv National Opera Theatre (KharkivOpera). For the past two seasons, he has collaborated with Teatr Wielki w Poznaniu and continues to appear there as a guest soloist, performing the roles of Morales in Carmen, Mandarin in Turandot, and Fiorello in Il barbiere di Siviglia.

He also participated in the Immling Festival in Germany and regularly performs in various European concert and opera projects as a guest soloist.

Among his international achievements are:
— Second Prize at the 50th Antonin Dvorak International Singing Competition (Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic)
— Special Prize “Best Male Voice” at the Vincenzo Bellini International Competition (Vendôme, France)
— Finalist of the Tenor Viñas International Singing Competition (Barcelona, Spain)
— Semi-finalist of the Virgilijus Noreika International Singing Competition (Vilnius, Lithuania)

Vitalii Lashko also took part in masterclasses with distinguished opera singers, including Ludovic Tézier and Thomas Hampson.

In addition, he recorded with the Prague Symphony Orchestra of Czech Radio.
