Since 2012, he has been professionally associated with the Poznań Opera House, where he has prepared the lighting direction for many concerts and performances i.e. Die Fledermaus (2016), Trojan (2018), Anhelli (2019), The Haunted Manor (2021), Don Pasquale (2021), Carmen. Toujours la mort (2021), Don Quixote (2022), Albert Herring, Stabat Mater. Cardim / Clug, Bleee…, Jawnuta (2022) and The Snow Queen (2023). Recently, he prepared the lighting for the world premiere presentation of Zygmunt Krauze's opera The Marriage (November 2024).

Since 2017, he also collaborated with Teatr Muzyczny, Poznań, where he designed lighting the following musicals: Footloose (2018), Pippin (2020), and Virtuoso (2020). Since 2018, he has been arranging the lighting for the New Year's Eve concerts at the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz.

He collaborated with many lighting and set designers, among whom are Marc Heinz, Jesper Garde Kongshaug and Patrick Woodruff – lighting designer collaborating with stars such as AC/DC, Bob Dylan, Lady Gaga, Rolling Stones. As a lighting designer Kuźma cooperated with the greatest pop stars realizing outdoor, television and club concerts, as well as events.
